Michael Pruett CA (SA) has extensive experience in finance and controlling, currently serving as the Head of Controlling at thyssenkrupp since June 2019. Prior to this role, Michael held the positions of Head of Project Controlling and Project Controller at Gibela rail transport consortium from April 2014 to June 2019. Michael's earlier experience includes working as a Project Controller at ALSTOM from December 2010 to March 2014 and as an Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from January 2008 to December 2010. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) - Hons in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg, completed between 2004 and 2007, and attended St Stithians College.
