Sumit Thigale is currently the Global Head of Purchasing Group for Electrical, Instrumentation & Bulk at thyssenkrupp Uhde, where they lead global category strategies and supplier partnerships across international EPC projects. Previously, from 2019 to 2022, Sumit held roles including Purchasing Expert, where they managed procurement for large-scale projects, and Performance Manager. They completed their Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rhine-Waal University in 2019, following a Bachelor’s degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2014.
