Mary Molinaroli is currently Thrive IPB'S Director of Administration and Senior IP Paralegal. She offers 10 years experience in domestic and international intellectual property prosecution, enforcement, litigation and licensing, and is a certified U.S. Patent Paralegal. With 25 years of experience in the field of law, Mary has multi-jurisdictional paralegal experience in corporate, litigation, insurance, contract, construction, products
liability, probate and bankruptcy, in addition to 8 years of previous experience in banking and finance. She currently oversees the daily operations/general management of the firm, all complex billing functions and maintains the accuracy of the general ledger. In addition to daily tasks, she is a key team member to all process improvement initiatives and long-tem operational plans. Mary is a South Carolina native, and holds a diploma in Professional Paralegal Studies.
