Jenn Dean is an experienced recruitment and people management professional with a progressive career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager and previously as the Talent Acquisition Manager and Technical Recruiter at Thread since October 2022, Jenn has demonstrated expertise across various roles in recruitment, including positions as a Technical Recruiter at Hootsuite and a Senior Technical Recruitment Specialist at Impact Recruitment. Jenn began a career in recruitment with Executrade, holding both Senior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant roles, and developed foundational skills as a Recruitment Assistant at David Aplin Group and as an Assistant Manager at YM INC.
