Construction costs of THP’s more complex individual projects range from $60 million to $700 million.

THP assesses and designs structures for institutions, governmental owners, corporate owners, developers, contractors and architectural clients. These projects are completed under delivery methods ranging from traditional competitive bidding to design-build to multi-phase, fast track construction, Construction Manager at Risk, and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
