Vinod Sankaranarayanan has over 20 years of experience in project management and delivery, with a focus on digital public goods, infrastructure, and the travel and hospitality sector. Currently at ThoughtWorks since August 2011, Vinod has held multiple roles including Program Manager for one of the largest accounts and is responsible for simplifying complex programs and customer acquisition. Prior to this, Vinod worked at Mindtree Ltd., managing significant accounts such as AvisBudget and SITA Baggage, where responsibilities included mentoring project managers and handling Agile software delivery strategies. Vinod also has academic experience as a part-time MBA faculty and has held various analyst positions early in the career. Vinod holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, certifications as a Scrum Master and PMP, and a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
