Rustin I. Carpenter, MBA, serves as the Head of Payment Solutions and Strategy for North America at Thoughtworks, focusing on addressing complex payment challenges and transforming business outcomes across various sectors. With extensive experience in the payments industry, Rustin has held senior leadership roles at organizations such as Cognizant, where responsibilities included global payments solutions leadership, and KEYNO, as Chief Revenue Advisor on the Board of Advisors for a fraud prevention solution. Previous positions include Vice President Sales at Entrust Datacard Corporation and ViVOtech, President at The DC21 Corporation, and Senior Vice President & COO at FIS - Certegy Inc. Rustin also has a solid academic foundation, holding a BA in Political Science from Denison University and an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School.
