Manish Ostwal serves as the BFSI Portfolio Leader at Thoughtworks since March 2021, focusing on profit and loss, client value delivery, and strategic initiatives for business growth within the BFSI sector. Prior to this role, Manish held the position of Director at Accenture in India, overseeing strategic account management, program delivery, and operations from November 2007 to March 2021. Experience also includes serving as Core Banking Program Lead at UCO Bank, where process improvements were implemented, and as Program Delivery Lead for the Government of Rajasthan, recognized for the successful development of a GIS application. Manish began a career in the Agriculture Department of the Government of Rajasthan, involved in various IT and e-Governance projects. Education credentials include a Master's in Computer Applications from the University of Rajasthan and a Bachelor's in Agriculture Engineering from Rajasthan Agriculture University.
