Jessica Rabe-Juarez, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resource Manager with a robust background in the retail industry. Jessica worked extensively at Thorntons Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Manager from 2009 to 2026, having also held roles as a Human Resources Manager and Recruiter within the company. Currently, Jessica serves as the US Retail People and Culture Partner at bp, supporting Thorntons and ampm locations nationwide.
