Pooja Bandal is a data scientist and machine learning engineer based in Toronto, Ontario. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer AI II at Thomson Reuters since 2025, Pooja previously held roles at SGS & Co as a Data Scientist and at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat as a Research Analyst. Pooja has also worked at Deloitte as an Intermediate Data Scientist and has experience as a Data Scientist and Software Engineer at Accenture, where they developed predictive models and automated processes. Pooja earned a Master of Applied Computing from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
