Barbara Oikle is a Senior Managing Editor at Thomson Reuters Practical Law, focusing on the planning, writing, and development of national Corporate & M&A resources. They oversee the day-to-day operations of the Senior Specialist Legal Editors and the What's Market Team. Barbara has also served as a Lead Subject Matter Expert for the development of AI tools aimed at enhancing transactional content and workflows. Previously, they worked as a shareholder in the corporate and securities department at Greenberg Traurig, specializing in M&A and securities transactions, and were a corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore. Barbara began their legal career as a judicial law clerk for Chief Justice Poritz of the New Jersey Supreme Court and was an editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
