With over 15 years of experience in innovative tech companies and start-ups, they have focused on creating a positive impact and reducing waste in the fashion industry. They previously held leadership roles, including Head of Product at Mallzee Insights and Chief Customer Officer at Float. Hilde also contributed to various organizations, such as Google and Skyscanner, demonstrating a diverse skill set in product management and digital marketing. They earned multiple degrees from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
