Destine Hicks Lundy is the Director of Government Personnel at Third Way, where they focus on bridging people, politics, and policy. Their career in public service began in local and state government, culminating in significant roles within the Biden-Harris Administration, including National Southern Operations Director for Biden for President and Deputy White House Liaison at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Destine's commitment to building diverse teams and empowering individuals has been evident throughout their various positions, including experiences with the Biden-Harris Transition Team and the South Carolina House of Representatives. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Affairs at Columbia College and a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership at Webster University.
