Łukasz Bok is an accomplished manager and leader with extensive experience in large operational teams within the food industry. Łukasz served as Site Manager at AB World Foods Ltd from 2011 to 2020, overseeing factory operations and managing various departments, and previously held roles as Operations Manager and Production Manager at the same company and McCain Foods, respectively. Currently, Łukasz is the Head of Manufacturing at THG, having transitioned from the role of Plant Manager at Green Factory Sp. z o.o. in 2021. Notable achievements include the successful startup of greenfield projects at McCain Poland and AB World Foods Poland.
