Natalie Simkovic is an experienced Human Resource and EHS Manager currently working at Thermosystems LLC since November 2023 and serving as a faculty member at Eastern Kentucky University since August 2023. Previously, Natalie held various roles at Imperial Industries, Inc., including Human Resource & EHS Manager, Human Resource & EHS Supervisor, and Human Resource Assistant from May 2021 to November 2023. Additional experience includes a graduate assistant position at Eastern Kentucky University during the latter part of 2022, customer service expertise at Crystal Finishing Systems, Inc., and community service experience with the Wausau Police Department. Natalie also completed a legal internship at the Wisconsin Office of the Public Defender. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
