Deeksha Nanda's work experience includes being a Senior Accountant at ThermoLift, Inc. since August 2016. Prior to that, they worked as an Office Intern at Elantech, LLC from May 2014 to December 2014.

Deeksha Nanda pursued higher education at Stony Brook University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Finance & Accounting. Deeksha attended the university from 2014 to 2018. In 2019, Deeksha enrolled in the Graduate School at Stony Brook University to pursue an MBA in Accounting, which they completed in 2020.
