Nick Campagnola is a Senior Continuous Improvement leader and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with over nine years of experience in various industries, including life sciences, biotech, and manufacturing. Nick began their career with nearly two years of hands-on experience through internships and co-ops, which propelled them into leadership roles. They currently serve as the Sr. Manager of Continuous Improvement at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they focus on driving Lean transformation and integrating AI into problem-solving and performance analysis. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and recently completed a post-graduate program in Lean Six Sigma at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
