Miguel Ángel Aikens Peña is an experienced industrial engineer specializing in customer success, IT infrastructure, networking, and project management. They have held roles as a Senior Network/Telecom Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific and as a support engineer at Microsoft, where they provided technical assistance and training on Microsoft Teams.
