Henrik Tellier Christensen is currently the Global Senior Director of Service & Support in the Clinical Diagnostic Division at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they lead a global organization of over 200 people. They have held various leadership roles in service and support, including positions at Illumina and Waters. Henrik's career began as a service engineer at GN Danavox, where they developed a passion for customer excellence and a drive for strategizing commercial success. They hold a degree in Leadership from Business Academy Copenhagen North and advanced training in Business Management from The Wharton School.
