Greg Kester is a relationally-driven leader with extensive experience in strategy, innovation, and operations. They hold a B.S. in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Penn State University and have co-founded multiple startups, including Ubiotic Health and Recreation Point Brewing. Greg has worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they currently lead a sustainability program, and has held various roles that encompass product development, operations management, and business excellence. Additionally, they are an independent musician and have released two music projects. Through their career, Greg has focused on fostering collaboration and transforming ideas into actionable outcomes.
