Andrew Gleasure holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Queen's University Belfast and has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Senior Process Chemist at Thermo Fisher Scientific since September 2022, Andrew has previously held several roles at Novartis Ringaskiddy Ltd from May 2007 to October 2011, including Process Chemist, Process Manager, and Category 4 Analyst. During these positions, Andrew contributed to process optimization, quality improvements, and cost reduction through the development and implementation of experimental protocols. Andrew's educational background also includes a BSc in Chemistry with Extended Studies in Europe and a BSc in French, Chemistry & Biochemistry from Queen's University Belfast and Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier.
