Kayla Leal is a passionate leader with several years of experience in sales, customer service, and employee development within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Senior Member Experience Director at The Y (YMCA), Kayla previously worked as an Area Manager at Go Rentals, where they focused on the operation and marketing of luxury locations in Houston, Texas. They have also held various roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Enterprise Holdings, enhancing their expertise in guest services and team building. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M University, which they earned in 2012.
