Keenan Covington is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in digital content and communications. Currently serving as the Digital Content Marketing Officer at W.K. Kellogg Foundation since November 2024, Keenan also holds the position of President of the Next-Gen Board of Advisors at First Independence Bank, which fosters leadership development among Metro Detroit’s emerging leaders. Keenan's previous roles include Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Venture For America, as well as various marketing and project management positions at Crain's Detroit Business and The Greening of Detroit. Keenan holds a Master of Science in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Michigan State University.
