Carlos J. Ochoa is a seasoned expert in the fields of Metaverse and XR technologies, currently serving as an Expert Evaluator for the European Commission since 2021. They are the Founder and Advisor of ONE Digital Consulting and the President of the VR/AR Association's Madrid Chapter, as well as the Global Co-Chair of the association's Education Committee. Previously, Ochoa held various leadership roles at Siemens, Altran, and other organizations, where they contributed significantly to strategic planning and innovative projects. With an educational background from Babson College, they are passionate about advancing immersive technologies in education and industry.
