Stephanie Edgett is currently the Associate Director of Campus Services Facilities and Partner Management at The University of Texas at San Antonio, where they oversee essential services. Previously, they served as the Director of University Dining and Retail Services and held multiple roles at The University of Texas at Arlington, including Assistant Director for Contract Management and Conference Coordinator II. Stephanie began their career in catering sales at Central Market before working as a personal assistant to the CEO's family at Virtuoso. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Management with a minor in Business from Texas Christian University.
