Jennifer Lockhart is an experienced higher education operations manager passionate about supporting others to achieve success. They have a proven track record in the higher education sector, with expertise in operations management, leadership, and financial management. At the University of Manchester, Jennifer is currently the Operational Delivery Lead for Service Excellence and School Operations Manager, developing frameworks for exceptional service and directing efficient operations across a large school. Previously, Jennifer held various roles at the University of Manchester, including Interim Director of School Operations and Research Support, where they established robust partnerships and delivered high-quality administrative services. Jennifer holds a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, as well as BA(Hons) in Criminology and Sociology and an MSc in Events Management from Manchester Metropolitan University.
