Dr. Rachel Schulkins, PhD, is the Head of Subscriptions and Publisher Relations at the University of Manchester, where they focus on strategic development in academic libraries. With a proven track record, they have previously held significant roles at the University of Liverpool, including Library Content Services Lead, where they drove digital transformation initiatives and enhanced resource access. Their earlier experience spans various positions within the library, where they supported acquisitions and managed document delivery functions. Dr. Schulkins holds a BA in English and American Literature from Bar-Ilan University and a PhD in British Romanticism from the University of Liverpool.
