Bethany Ayers is the Director of Supporting Talent Practices for Career Development and Performance. They served as a Health and Physical Education Teacher at Wake County Public School System from 1996 to 2014, where they developed a motivating curriculum for 9th graders. In 2013, they contributed to innovative lesson development as a Curriculum Reviewer and Consultant at Duke University. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Staffing Manager at J. Morrissey & Company, Inc., focusing on health care recruiting. Prior to their current role, they held various positions, including Sr. Training Consultant and Director of Enterprise Talent Management at Travelers from 2016 to 2020. Bethany received their education from the College of Mount Saint Vincent, graduating in 1995.
