Richard Badal has significant experience in security management within high-stakes environments. At The Star Entertainment Group from July 2022 to October 2024, Richard held various roles, including Security Supervisor, where responsibilities included conducting shift briefings, preparing incident reports, and performing regular audits to maintain operational standards. As a Senior Officer, daily tasks involved conducting musters and inmate observations, while in the role of Security Duty Manager, Richard managed a large team and oversaw complex security operations. Prior to this, Richard served as a Correctional Officer at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice from November 2018 to May 2022, further establishing a solid background in security and public safety.
