As the Chief Executive Officer of Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates, Rand leads a network of 40+ locations nationwide, offering innovative alternatives to traditional brokerage models. Additionally, Rand has served as the CEO of Sperry Equities, LLC, which specializes in repositioning underperforming investment properties, successfully generating significant returns over two decades. Rand is currently pursuing a degree in Business Finance at California State University, Long Beach.
