Max Parasol is the Executive Director and Head of Communications at Spartan Group, where they advise and invest in Web3 entrepreneurs. With a background in law practiced across major Australian cities, they have held positions as a research fellow at RMIT University and UNSW, focusing on blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital innovation. Max is also a contributor to Cointelegraph and authored the book “AI Development and the ‘Fuzzy Logic' of Chinese Cyber Security and Data Laws.” They hold a PhD in open-source tech ecosystems from the University of Technology Sydney and multiple master's degrees in International Investment.
