Gil Mitchell is a multi-hyphenate artist and educator currently based out of Washington, DC. They hold a BA in Performing Arts, an MLitt in Shakespeare and Performance, and an MFA in Classical Acting from prestigious institutions. An award-winning director, actor, and choreographer, Gil has collaborated with renowned companies such as The Shakespeare Theatre Company and Harvard University. Presently, they serve as a faculty member at NewU University, teaching rhetoric, while also working as a teaching artist at the Shakespeare Theatre Company. Recent performance credits include roles in productions like "Marie Antoinette: The Color of Flesh" and "The Comedy of Errors, Hon!"
