Vicki Fleming has extensive experience in the catering industry, currently serving as the Head of Catering at the Royal Shakespeare Company since January 2013. Prior to this role, Vicki was the Catering Services Director at Blenheim Palace with Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events from May 2010 to September 2012 and worked as a Project Manager at CH&CO from 2008 to 2010. Vicki started their career at Elior, where Vicki held the position of Operations Manager for nearly 20 years, from October 1988 to October 2007. Vicki holds a BTEC National Diploma in Catering and Institutional Management from Croydon College and O levels from Selhurst High School for Girls.
