Diana Waters is the Volunteer Development Manager at the Royal Horticultural Society, where they oversee a program involving 900 volunteers across various gardens and initiatives. Previously, Diana served as the International Project Co-ordinator for Girlguiding UK, managing global education programs and community projects. Diana also held the position of Volunteer and Leadership Manager at Whizz-Kidz, focusing on recruitment, training, and the development of young leaders. They began their career in student governance as the Student Activities and Development Officer at the University of Portsmouth Students' Union. Diana obtained an MSc in Voluntary Sector Management from Cass Business School, following a degree in Sports Science from the University of Portsmouth.
