Rendy Ekatama M is an experienced chef who has held various culinary leadership positions. They served as Executive Chef at DoubleTree by Hilton Minsk in 2018 and also worked as Chef De Cuisine at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Center in the same year. Rendy has previous experience as a chef at WestCord Hotels and Concorde Hotels & Resorts, as well as at the Shangri-La Group from 2013 to 2016. Currently, they are set to work as Executive Sous Chef for The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection in 2025.
