Ivelisse Bonilla serves as the Chief Legal Officer of The Primavera Foundation, where they develop and implement legal strategies to protect the organization’s interests. With over 27 years of litigation experience, Ivelisse has previously represented employers and employees in various aspects of employment law and served as Deputy General Counsel for the Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration in Washington, D.C. Ivelisse earned a bachelor’s degree from American University, a J.D. from the Inter-American School of Law, and an L.L.M. in Employment Law from Georgetown University Law Center. Recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America since 2013, Ivelisse has also held leadership roles in the State Bar of Arizona and the Federal Bar Association, Tucson Chapter.
