Amir Naeem is an experienced CFO and financial management specialist currently serving as the Director of Finance, Administration, and HR at the Population Council since 2024. With a strong background in financial strategy and corporate governance across various sectors, including development and education, Amir has played critical roles in significant projects, notably the spin-off of microfinance operations at the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund.
