Ronald Martin is an experienced professional in asset management and redevelopment within the real estate industry. Currently serving as the Head of Multifamily Asset Management at The Olayan Group since September 2021, Ronald previously held positions including Director of Asset Management at AvalonBay Communities from May 2019 to September 2021 and Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Eagle Rock Advisors LLC from July 2018 to May 2019. Ronald's extensive tenure at AvalonBay Communities from September 2006 to July 2018 included roles as Director, Senior Manager, and Manager of Redevelopment and Asset Management, as well as Financial Analyst and Senior Internal Auditor. Ronald holds an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.
