Brett Gelsomino is a multifamily developer with extensive experience in the Florida real estate market. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President at The NRP Group and the CEO of Gelsomino Holding, Brett leads multifamily development for one of the nation’s top-ranked firms. Previously, Brett held various roles at ZOM, culminating in the position of Vice President of Senior Living, where they oversaw the establishment of a national Senior Housing division. Brett’s career also includes project management experience with Nationwide Contractor Services and the founding of Gelsomino Contracting in 2006. Brett holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor’s in Construction Management from the University of Florida.
