Kathy Wall has extensive experience in communications, holding key roles in various organizations. Kathy served as Communications Business Relationship Manager at United Utilities from 2007 to July 2011, following a position as Communications Advisor at Vertex Data Science from 2001 to 2005. At Wolseley UK, Kathy worked from September 2016 to November 2019 as Head of Communications, and subsequently joined The Body Shop as Head of Connection and Engagement in November 2019, with a focus on improving strategy alignment and internal communication. Kathy's previous experience includes a role as Communications Specialist at United Utilities - Contract Solutions from 2005 to 2007 and as Head of Culture and Change Communications at Rolls-Royce from May 2015 to September 2016. Currently, Kathy holds the position of Head of Communications and PR at Nottingham Building Society since June 2025. Kathy earned a BA (Hons) in English and Biology from Liverpool Hope University and a Master's degree in English from the University of Liverpool.
