Melissa Álvarez Mangual, Ed.D., PCC, CDE®, is a Talent Development Executive and Executive Leadership Coach specializing in cultivating inclusive and equitable leadership. With a background that spans over two decades in higher education and organizational development, they have successfully managed programs, designed workshops, and implemented strategic initiatives to enhance organizational culture and promote diversity. Currently, as the Director of Philanthropy Learning at The Nature Conservancy, they lead a team focused on creating impactful learning experiences that support philanthropic goals. Melissa also founded Thriven Partners LLC, a coaching firm dedicated to empowering leaders, particularly womxn, to thrive in their roles and achieve their professional ambitions. They hold a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership Studies from Northeastern University.
