Kristen McInnis is the Deputy Chief Development Officer for the California Chapter of The Nature Conservancy, where they focus on securing philanthropic gifts essential for advancing resilient ecosystems and climate action. With previous roles at The Nature Conservancy as Deputy Director of Development and Director of Development for the NV-CA Partnership, Kristen has extensive experience in philanthropy, board development, and systems management. They also served as Executive Director of Institutional Advancement at Scripps College and have held various development-related positions at Upland High School and Foothill Family Service. Kristen earned a BA in English and Spanish from the University of California, Davis.
