Erica Quirk is the Managing Director of Marketing and Business Development at the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA), a position held since 2025. Previously, Erica worked at the Society of Chemical Manufacturers and Affiliates (SOCMA) in various marketing roles, where they developed successful marketing campaigns, managed budgets, and significantly increased revenue. Erica also gained experience as an Associate Marketing Director at the American Association for Clinical Chemistry, promoting large-scale conferences. They hold a Master’s degree in Marketing from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication/Public Relations and Marketing from the University of Dayton.
