Greg Howard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager at The Mosaic Company since October 2013, Greg has held multiple leadership roles, overseeing strategic development and team coaching at both the Riverview facility and mining operations. Prior experience includes significant positions at CIRCOR International, Inc., and Wheeled Coach, where Greg led cross-functional initiatives and managed large teams. Greg's career began in the United States Marine Corps, followed by a progressive advancement in manufacturing roles at Silfex, Inc., where key responsibilities included P&L management and meeting operational objectives. Greg Howard holds an MBA in Business Analytics from The Ohio State University and additional degrees in Business Administration and Operations Management from Indiana University Bloomington and the University of Dayton, respectively.
