Robyn Hettrich is an experienced Human Resources leader with a diverse background in various organizations. They served as Human Resources Manager at CamelBak Products from 2007 to 2011, followed by a role as Senior HR Business Partner at Exchange Bank from 2011 to 2017. Robyn then advanced to Director of Human Resources at Point Blue Conservation Science, holding that position until 2022. Currently, they are the Chief People & Culture Officer at The Marine Mammal Center, while also pursuing HR Management Certification and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from San Francisco State University and Sonoma State University, respectively.
