Katariina Ora is an experienced international legal, intellectual property, and human resources executive. They served as an Associate Lawyer at Bützow & Co, Attorneys-at-Law from 1991 to 1995 and held various roles at Nokia from 1995 to 2013, ultimately becoming Vice President of Legal & IP. Katariina has also contributed as an Associate General Counsel at Microsoft and is currently the Vice President of Legal, Digital, eCommerce, and Marketplaces at the LEGO Group since 2023. They hold an LL.M in Law from the University of Helsinki and completed a post-graduate diploma in EU Competition Law from King's College London.
