Jason Vanderbrink is the Chairman and CEO of The Kinetic Group, bringing over 23 years of experience in the consumer and manufacturing industry, particularly within the outdoor sector. They joined Vista Outdoor in 2005, where they held senior positions including Senior Vice President of Sales and President of Sporting Products. Under their leadership, Vista Outdoor successfully acquired brands such as Remington Ammunition and HEVI-Shot, and introduced groundbreaking products that have elevated consumer experiences. Currently based in Boerne, Texas, Jason is also engaged in various non-profit organizations and serves on the Board of Governors of the NSSF. They are pursuing a Master's degree in Administration from Missouri State University and hold a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Saginaw Valley State University, along with an Advanced Management and Leadership Programme from the University of Oxford.
