Ying Huang currently serves as the Head of HR at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ying held several key HR leadership positions, including Head of HR JAPAC at Amgen from May 2019 to December 2023, and Head of HR for Janssen Canada and Janssen China at Johnson & Johnson from December 2016 to May 2019 and June 2008 to 2016, respectively. Additional experience at Johnson & Johnson includes roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager in Canada and Senior HR Manager for Xi'an Janssen. Ying began a career at Siemens as a Senior HR Consultant from 2004 to 2008. Ying holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Leeds, completed between 2002 and 2003.
