Iva Morris-Covey is a community manager and fan engagement coordinator focused on Discord digital marketing for music artists. They built and managed high-energy Discord communities and led immersive campaigns and mod training for artists including MGK, Harry Styles, Michael Clifford (5SOS), Miley Cyrus, Halsey, and Jagwar Twin. They founded The Honey POP in 2019 and remain involved as founder and co-owner. They currently hold Discord-related roles at Universal Music Group (2025–Present), Big Loud (2024–Present), Sony Music Entertainment (2022–Present), and multiple contracts, and are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies at Southern New Hampshire University (2025–Present).
