Michelle Alexander Thompson is currently the Senior Director of Enterprise Learning Strategy and Execution at The Home Depot, where they are responsible for developing leaders and creating a conducive environment for associates and customers alike. From 2012 to 2016, they held various leadership roles at The Home Depot, including Director of Home Depot University and Senior Manager. Additionally, from 2016 to 2022, they served as Director of Strategy and Execution, ensuring learning solutions were effectively provided to store and field associates. Prior to their tenure at The Home Depot, Thompson gained valuable experience as a General Manager and District Manager at Gap Inc Outlet and in learning roles at other organizations. Thompson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The University of Georgia.
